Big updates with this version are additional improvements to mapillary street view, linux support, custom bikes, and if you want a different experience, you can get a mapbox API key or a google streetview API key and save them to the client - it will use them to show you the maps/streetview instead of the free tools that I use.
- Ride simulation now feels more personalized by using rider weight and bicycle setup.
- New bike presets let riders choose road, aero, time-trial, gravel, or mountain-bike style behavior.
- Riders can edit custom bike physics values for a more tailored ride feel.
- Account settings now include rider weight and FTP.
- Settings are reorganized into clearer Account, Display, Bicycle, and API Keys sections.
- Users can save their own Mapbox and Google API keys in the app.
- Google Street View can use a user-provided Google API key.
- Street View fallback and image selection are improved.
- Switching routes during cloud rides behaves more cleanly.
- Linux users now have AppImage packaging support.
I am also working on a work-around to the long delay in getting the strava api key upgrade approved. Next releae I'm going to add 'bring your own strava client key' which will let you register you own application on strava and use that to log into your account. Kinda a kludgy solution but it should work as a stopgap solution.
